Upland Supply Co. is a brand of All-Pro Auto Reconditioning ("APAR"), a Texas company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use uplandceramic.netlify.app and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit the request form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), city or ZIP code, the dealership you're at (if applicable), and information about your vehicle (year, make, model, trim, and Vehicle Identification Number). We also automatically collect technical information your browser sends (user agent string and IP address).

How we use it

We use this information to route you to the nearest authorized Upland applicator, send you a confirmation email with their contact information, and follow up about your service request. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Third parties we share with

When you enter a Vehicle Identification Number, we send it to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's vPIC API to decode the year, make, and model.

When you enter a ZIP code, we send it to api.zippopotam.us to find approximate geographic coordinates.

The map on this page loads tiles from CARTO; loading those tiles shares your IP address with them.

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and routed to APAR's marketing@allprorecon.com inbox. We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent.

Retention

We retain your submission for 24 months from the date of last contact, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Your rights

If you are a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act, or a Texas resident under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you have the right to know what information we hold about you, request a copy, request correction or deletion, and opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell your data.

To exercise these rights, email marketing@allprorecon.com from the email address you used in the form. We will respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
